Energy gels in a gym bag

Liss Energy gels are made with natural and organic ingredients, including dried fruit, chia seeds and pink Himalayan salt, to nourish your body while providing essential fuel for a long workout. Learn more about our ingredients and the benefits they provide below.

Organic Date Syrup

Dates are an excellent source of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, including potassium, manganese, magnesium and vitamin B6. They also contain important fatty acids and amino acids, as well as natural dietary fiber that keeps them low on the glycemic index and helps regulate the rate of sugar absorption into the body to prevent you from hitting the wall during training.

Organic Freeze-Dried Fruit

Freeze-dried fruit contains concentrated antioxidants and a similar nutrient profile to fresh fruit, providing plenty of vitamin A and C, iron and potassium which help boost immunity and regulate blood pressure.

Organic Ground Chia Seeds

This superfood is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, iron, calcium, vitamins and antioxidants. Chia seeds also aid in digestion and help regulate your blood sugar levels, and their high absorbency allows them to provide sustained energy to your body and help you stay hydrated.

Pink Himalayan Salt

Besides providing sodium, which helps control muscle contractions during training, pink Himalayan salt is packed with other minerals – 84 in total – that promote health in the body. Pink salt is relatively high in iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium and chloride, and contains trace amounts of boron, fluoride, iodine, zinc, selenium and copper that are retained due to its natural harvesting process.

Organic Herbs and Spices

Our energy gels get their robust flavors entirely from natural sources. We’ve carefully blended organic freeze-dried fruit with complimentary herbs, spices and oils to find the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, smooth and citrusy.
